How to Speed Up the Exodus Kodi Addon Search Results
We would first like to say that doing the following changes are not necessary in any way. It is just a small tweak that we have found speeds up the search results when looking for streaming links within the Exodus Kodi Addon. Once again it is not necessary in any way. But here is how to make the small change so you can test it and see if you feel it speeds things up a bit.
Once you have opened the Exodus Kodi Addon, Click on Tools
Click on SETTINGS: General
Click on General and scroll down to Providers Timeout
Once Providers Timeout is highlighted press the left directional button on your Remote until it is at 10. You can also press and hold the indicator with your cursor and slide it to 10 if you are using an Airmouse
Scroll down and press OK
Back out of the Tools and begin using the Exodus Kodi Addon
What this small tweak does is make any stream source timeout after 10 seconds instead of 30. This lets the Exodus Kodi Addon move on to the next stream source it is searching for links on. In our experience if a stream source is not returning results in 10 seconds or under it is usually not going to return any results at all.
