April 14th Update: Jango has been updated to v.0.8.7 with a fix to enable the add-on again. If you had the add-on from kinkin’s repo previously, you’ll want to uninstall and install from the TVA repo outlined below.

Kodi Jango is an add-on based on Jango.com, an internet radio streaming website, similar to Spotify. You can browse through a ton of pre-made playlists ranging from top 100 to different genres, themes, seasons, feelings, and more. In addition, you can search for a specific artist and start a “station” with that artist. As well, if you search for an individual song, you will have the option to play the music video for that song!

The Kodi Jango add-on is the perfect complement to the service. Unlike other music add-ons, which provide a music database and then queue up songs from Youtube, the Kodi Jango add-on connects right to the Jango server. While testing the add-on out, it meant that songs would play nearly instant and the quality was perfect. You should never get any sped up or slowed down version that users upload to Youtube to get around their copyright rules.

If you register for an account at jango.com, your history and favourites will sync to the Kodi Jango add-on! There are also mobile apps for Jango which will let you play music for free from your phone.

Lambda has released the Exodus Kodi add-on, a brand new multi-source add-on built from scratch. Thanks to TVADDONs for letting us know.

As mentioned in an earlier post, the Exodus Kodi add-on doesn’t have library integration. It also isn’t apart of the Lambda repository. These measures have been taken to deter box sellers from profiting off of Lambda’s hard work.

The add-on DOES full contain Trakt integration though. If you have your Trakt account setup through other add-ons like Velocity or SALTs you’ll be happy to know that your information and watch statuses will all transfer between add-ons.

The Exodus Kodi add-on also supports Real-Debrid, All-Debrid, Premiumize, Ororo.tv, IMDB, and many more features! It also uses the brand new URLResolver update, which you can read about here.

After a few weeks of speculation, teasers, and hints on Twitter, the BlazeTamer repo has released a brand new add-on for Kodi called Velocity. Velocity is an add-on that grabs movies and TV show data from different sources around the internet.

The Kodi Velocity add-on uses Trakt as the backend database so even without an account, you get a ton of great movie and TV links when you use the add-on.

With a Trakt account, the Kodi Velocity add-on opens up a whole new set of features, including:

• Add shows to your watchlist, where they remain until you watch the show.
• Add shows to your collection, which works similar to the Kodi library integration without depending on Kodi’s backend.
• When you add TV shows to your collection, you can filter by episodes you haven’t watched yet and see the next episode.
• There is an area with recommendations on what to watch based on your history.

In addition, scrapers can be enabled and disabled within the add-on settings.

• Write down the PIN that Trakt provides you.
• Launch the Kodi Velocity add-on you installed from the BlazeTamer repo, go to Trakt Settings, then click Click Here to Authorize Trakt and enter in the PIN you received above, then click Enter.
• That’s it! You can verify that your Trakt account is synced by hovering over any movie or TV show, clicking menu, and clicking Add to collection, which will add the show to your collection.

ON Kodi 17 Krypton Only: From the main menu, navigate to Settings > System Settings > Add-ons > Turn On Unknown Sources > Click Yes.

1. Click here to download the Pandora repo. Save it somewhere you can access later.
2. From your Kodi home screen.
   1. ON Kodi 17 Krypton: Select Add-ons > Add-on Browser 
   2. ON Kodi 16 or earlier: Select SYSTEM > Add-Ons
3. Select Install from Zip File > locate the Pandora repo zip you downloaded above and click on repository.pandoras-x-x-x.zip and wait for the Add-on enabled notification
4. Select Install from Repository > Pandoras Repo > Video Add-ons > Pandoras Box > Install
5. Wait for Add-on enabled notification
